Mary Henderson started geekIT in 2005 after spending a number of years in various different roles in the IT Industry and saw a need initially for ladies laptop bags that were stylish and affordable.   In brief, Mary's career moved quickly up from media sales into numerous business development, marketing and senior sales roles including significant tenures at Tech Pacific and Belkin. Her combination of creative flair and strategic mind led Mary to look at options for creating a Digital agency and developing a home brand range of laptop bags for one of Australias leading department stores.  

Mary is an innovative and passionate person who has always had a vision to integrate technology and fashion.  In 2005, she founded geekIT.com and geekIT Digital a web development company. The web development business successfully evolved into a full service digital consultancy boasting an impressive array of clients from a broad spectrum of business and industry sectors.  In 2011, geekIT Digital was acquired by a creative agency which has allowed Mary to focus on her long time passion - www.geekit.com.
geekIT.com is a destination for fashion conscious consumers who are looking for softgood products  for their laptops, tablets, eBook readers and iPhones.  

Renowned for her communication skills, infectious energy, and vast knowledge of global online trends, social media and software applications, Mary has re-launched www.geekit.com, an eStore with a mission in mind.  Her collection will be limited, designed by a team of fashionista's, every fabric and or leather will be hand picked (by Mary) and every product will have her signature attention to detail finish she is renowned for.
