At GeekIT we pride ourselves on providing you with a quality product. We want you to be happy with your purchase but if for some reason you decide to change your mind, please read our exchange policy below or contact us.
Exchange an item
If you decide you don't like your purchase, we are happy to
exchange it for another item within 14 days from you receiving the
goods. Please email us at returns@geekit.com . We will email
you a return authorisation number. Please quote the returns
authorisation number on the outside of the parcel. The item
MUST be in its original condition with your
original invoice. Please return your item to:

Faulty or damaged item
If your item is faulty or damaged, please email returns@geekit.com within 14 days of finding a fault. We will happily exchange the item if we still have the item in stock or refund your money. Once you email us, we will email you a return authorisation number. Please quote the returns authorisation number on the outside of the parcel. Please send your original invoice with the item. Please return your item to:

GeekIT will not charge you for postage and handling when sending you a replacement item if goods are damaged or faulty only.
Returns to store
If you purchase any of our products from a retail store, you need to contact the retailer you purchased the item from and check their return and refund policy. GeekIT will not be responsible for items purchased at retail stores outside of the geekIT online store - www.geekit.com
