Returns Policy

If you would like to exchange your item and it is not faulty, you will need to send the item back to our office in Australia at your expense. It costs $20 (including handling charges) for geekIT to ship to your destination.  If you reside in Australia, shipping will be free of charge. The item must be returned in original condition and packaging (within 30 days from time of payment) for an exchange to be granted. 

Refunds requested prior to your item being shipped will be granted in full. Refunds requested after your item has been shipped (usually 24 hours) will be granted less shipping and handling, once the item is received by us (in original condition and packaging) within 30 days from time of payment. Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances for items purchased more than 60 days prior.

geekIT Corporation products are made with upmost care and thus like any other garment, are subject to wear and tear. Any stress placed on the bags from carrying, travelling, etc can sometimes cause threads to unravel.  We recommend youtake care of your purchase and have loose threads repaired as soon as possible. We cannot accept returns for items that are not in original condition and assume that you understand that these items must be looked after in order to provide long-term enjoyment.
